Terms and Conditions / End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Terms & Conditions agreement applies to all apps and websites developed and owned by Blood Sugar Monitor - BP Track ("Blood Sugar Monitor - BP Track", "our products", "we", or "us").

We value your trust and take your privacy seriously. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, explain how you can use our apps and services, and how we protect your data. By using our apps or websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Blood Sugar Monitor - BP Track. By installing or using our apps or services, you confirm that you:

  • Have the authority to accept these Terms,

  • Agree to comply with all laws and rules,

  • Accept that your use of our products means you are bound by this Agreement.

If you process data of residents from the European Economic Area (EEA), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies in addition to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not use our products for:

  • Any illegal purpose under U.S. or other local laws,

  • Any action prohibited in this Agreement.

Your access may be terminated without notice if you break these rules.

We may update or discontinue our products at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our apps on your personal device (e.g., Android/iOS). This does not give you ownership or intellectual property rights.

You may not:

  • Resell, transfer, or distribute our products,

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works,

  • Use our intellectual property in third-party devices or apps,

  • Share the app on multiple devices over a network.

This Agreement ends automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

  • We do not collect personal data such as name, email, phone, or address by default.

  • Any personal data shared during support (emails, messages) is treated confidentially and deleted on request.

  • We use AdMob and Google AdX for advertising, which may collect device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA).

  • EU users see non-personalized ads (with consent).

You can disable personalized ads in your device settings or via opt-out links provided by ad networks.

5. Cookies

We do not use cookies. However, third-party ad or analytics providers may use them. You may opt-out directly from them.

6. Internet Permissions

Our apps may require internet access for:

  • Downloading additional content,

  • Displaying ads,

  • Linking to other apps,

  • Collecting anonymous analytics.

7. In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases.

8. Social Media

Our apps may allow you to share content via platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We do not collect any data from your social media accounts.

9. Fraud Prevention & Legal Requests

We may share data when legally required (e.g., to comply with law enforcement) or to prevent fraud and protect users.

10. Opting Out

If you do not want us to use your advertising ID, you can:

  • Disable ad tracking in device settings,

  • Purchase the ad-free version (if available),

  • Stop using the app.

11. Age Restrictions

Our apps are not intended for children under 13.

  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

  • If you are under 13, do not use our services.

  • If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

  • Parents/guardians may contact us if they suspect misuse.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted. Please review periodically to stay informed.
